The representatives of Armenian partner universities and institutions visited Aarhus University (Denmark) for the next of regular training on «Learning outcomes based culliculum, teaching and learning» that took place on 27-30 September of 2016.

The Center for Teaching Development and digital Media (TDM) of Aarhus University hosted the working groups’ members of the Yerevan State University (YSU), Armenian State Pedagogical University (ASPU) after Khachatur Abovyan, Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University, National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia (NUACA), Yerevan State University of Languages and Social Sciences after V. Bryusov, Armenian State Agrarian University (ASAU), Gavar State University (GSU), Gyumri State Pedagogical Institute after M. Nalbandyan, National Center for Strategic Research in Higher Education, AEGEE Yerevan European Students’ Forum. The goal of the training was to discuss the numerous topics, particularly:
• learning outcomes at the programme and course levels;
• appropriate teaching, learning and assessment methods;
• accreditation and quality assurance of study programmes;
• Danish Qualification Structure;
• Aarhus University competence model.
Highly qualified specialists of the Center for Teaching Development and digital Media (TDM) of Aarhus University presented the above mentioned issues in a professional manner. Danish experts presented how the study programmes are linked with the national qualifications framework and learning outcomes (knowledge, skills and competences) based on the development of curricula oriented to the learning outcomes, as well as the contemporary methods of learning outcomes assessment were introduced.
