Monitoring of ARMENQA Project

In the context of continuous monitoring of TEMPUS Projects a meeting was organized with the partners of ARMENQA Project on 19 November, 2015 in Yerevan State University. The monitoring was conducted by the national ERASMUS Plus office, namely National Coordinator Ms. Lana Karlova, assistants to Coordinator Ms. Ani Torosyan and Edith Soghomonyan, as well as the Project officer on Erasmus : Higher Education-International Capacity Building from the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency Ms. Almudena Saenz De Miera. Workshop on Development of Sectorial Qualifications Frameworks and Coordination Meeting in Osnabruck

On 2-5 November, a workshop on "Development of Sectorial Qualifications Frameworks for Armenian HE" and on 6th of November, 2015 a coordination meeting were held in Osnabruck University of Applied Sciences, Germany. The Workshop was attended by 35 representatives from Armenian HEIs and educational institutions from Armenia and 8 representatives from EU partner Universities. The main aim of the Workshop was to introduce the EU experience on the development of Sectorial Qualifications Frameworks, methodologies and linking them to National Qualifications Frameworks. Meeting of the working-group to develop Toolkits and guidelines for stakeholders

On September 25 the meeting of the work-group working on the Kits and guidelines for the stakeholders gathered in the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia to discuss the draft kits for Employers and Students. The drafts are developed by working group members and they are intended for using respectively by employers, students and universities. Training on Designing Level and Qualification Descriptors in Linkoping

A training on “DESIGNING LEVEL AND QUALIFICATION DESCRIPTORS” was hosted by the Linkoping University, Sweden during 22-24 June, 2015. It was attended by 36 representatives of the Armenian Higher Education organizations participating in the Project. The first day started with the Mr. Janerik Lundquist/Linkoping University/ welcome speech to the 36 representatives from the Armenian higher education institutions and stakeholder organizations of the ARMENQA project, thus launching the 3-day training for the administrative staff on designing level and qualification descriptors. Meeting of a work-group to discuss the Information and Implementation Manual of Armenian Qualifications Framework for HE

On 28 April the work-group participants gathered to discuss the final draft of the Information and Implementation Manual of ANQF for HE. The meeting was attended by Mkrtich Avagyan, Vahan Sargsyan, Kristina Tsaturyan (ASPU), Armen Budaghyan and Mary Santurjyan (YSU), Gayane Avagyan (ANAU) and Tatevik Gharibyan (MoES). Participants discussed the first draft of the ANQF Manual. The working group agreed on the final outline and content of the Manual and suggested to do some editing of the Document. During 13-17 April 2015 another meeting with the experts of EU Twinning Project was held in Yerevan. ARMENQA team members met with experts MsBirgittaVuorinen and Mr Volker Gehmlich. 1st Coordination Meeting and Information Seminar in Osnabruck on National Qualifications Framework of Germany and the Implementation Issues

The 1st Coordination Meeting and Information Seminar on "National Qualifications Framework of Germany and the Implementation Issues" of the TEMPUS “ARMENQA” project were held respectively on the 30th and 31st of October, 2014 at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences in Osnabrück, Germany. ARMENQA Workshop on Issues of the National Qualifications Framework of RA for HE in Yerevan

On June 24-25, 2014, Yerevan State University hosted a two-day workshop on the “Issues of the National Qualifications Framework of RA for HE” within the TEMPUS “ARMENQA” project.
