Workpackage 6: Quality Control and Monitoring (AU-Denmark)
A two level integrated and coherent QA system is designed to evaluate the project performance. Annual monitoring and evaluation of the project implementation progress will be conducted by interinstitutional Project Management Board (PMB), which will produce 3 annual evaluation reports on the project accomplishments. To insure externality of the evaluations a special Quality Evaluation Committee (QEC) composed from EU partners will be established, which will evaluate implementation results of each WP. The PMB and QEC will produce 5 reports on the achievements of WP.1 to WP.5.
